Plan a pour
Enter the volume, the pour rate and the distance from the plant. The planner works out loads, trucks in rotation and the pour duration.
Pour planner
Cycle = loading + round trip at city speeds + unloading at the pour rate, with 6 m³ loads. A planning aid; dispatch confirms the schedule for every order.
How a delivery day runs
Just-in-time delivery, planned the day before and followed truck by truck.
- 01
Confirm the order
Grade, volume, pour rate, pump need and site access are agreed a day ahead.
- 02
Schedule the mixers
Trucks are sequenced to the pour rate so concrete arrives as the previous load finishes.
- 03
Load and dispatch
Each truck is loaded, weighed and sent with its delivery docket.
- 04
Track to site
Dispatch follows every truck; delays are communicated before they matter.
- 05
Place and return
Pump or chute placement, washout at the plant, drum ready for the next load.
