Automated batching, manual vigilance

Computerised batchingEvery ingredient weighed on load cells against the approved mix design, with batch records kept.
Raw material testingAggregate grading and moisture, cement and water checked in-house before use.
Fresh concrete testsSlump and temperature at the plant and at site, before the pour starts.
Cube testingCubes cast per sampling plan, cured and crushed at 7 and 28 days; results reported to the client.
Delivery documentationEach load leaves with a docket: grade, quantity, batch time and the truck.

Slump classes we batch to

Slump is measured with the standard cone at the plant and again at site. Bands follow IS 456.
